Veg Club Shows You How to Grow Tree Fruit

The August Veg Club is all about tree fruit. The head of Bainbridge Island Fruit Club, Darren Murphy, grows dozens of fruits in his garden, including berries, grapes, and multi-grafted tree-fruits. Tour his garden and learn how you can grow fruit, too, whether you have a postage stamp plot or a large expanse.

Veg Club, a joint venture of Bainbridge Prepares and the Bainbridge Island Public Library, welcomes beginners, experienced gardeners, and people new to the Northwest. It’s always free.
