Event Support Requests

Bainbridge Prepares provides community support services during large-scale events primarily through our Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) and Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).

Our focus is on large events that draw over 1,000 attendees or those with a high risk for injury or illness, such as physically strenuous activities or events where heat-related illness may occur.

See below for how to request event support

Medical Reserve Corps

Our Medical Reserve Corps volunteer team provides basic first aid and medical support for events.

Services include first aid stations for minor injuries (cuts, sprains, dehydration, etc.) and support for medical emergencies until professional help arrives.

CERT

Our CERT volunteers are trained to manage traffic and assist with crowd control at events to ensure safety and smooth operations.

Services CERT provides typically include directing traffic & parking, and assisting with event safety protocols.

Other support

Let us know if you have event support requests outside what is listed above (check our teams page to see if we may have a team that can fill your needs). We will let you know if we are able to support your needs.
