It’s Nearly Time for Prepare in a Year 25

There’s nothing we like better than helping our community prepare. So we’re getting ready for our second Prepare in a Year, the 2025 version, and its monthly focus topics and activities.

Again, there will be prize drawings. Again, we will point you in the direction of informative articles and resources. Again, our monthly activities are designed to guide you through the process of getting your household ready for emergencies.

What’s different this year is we’ve reorganized the monthly themes and added some new ones based on the specific needs of our community. The new organization also offers a more even distribution of tasks for participants. It also begins with the most important preparation activities so you can get a jump on that good feeling of being prepared.

If you joined us last year, do it again this year. There are always new things to learn. And each time you participate in Prepare in a Year, you and your household fine-tune your preparedness and make our entire community more resilient.
