End of Year: Completed Passport

Once you’ve completed at least 10 of the 12 months of activities, you may submit your stamped passport to be entered into the Grand Prize drawing. Neighborhoods can compete for the Neighborhood Grand Prize.

Activity

  1. Make sure at least 10 of the 12 months in your passport are completed (stamped, colored in, covered with stickers, etc.). Take photos of the interior and exterior of the passport and submit them.

  2. If your neighborhood is participating in Map Your Neighborhood, once you’ve submitted the photo give the passport to your neighborhood captain.

Neighborhood Captains: Once you have collected your neighborhood passports, email City Emergency Management Coordinator Anne LeSage for further instructions on how to qualify for the Neighborhood Grand Prize!

Documentation

Submit your passport photos and answer some questions here.

Prizes

Your passport submission will be entered in a drawing to win the Grand Prize: TBD.

You may submit your completed documentation anytime until December 31. Make sure your neighborhood captain has your passport by the end of the month.

The neighborhood with the highest percentage of completed passports will win the neighborhood Grand Prize, a one-hour neighborhood visit from a Bainbridge Island Fire Department crew and rig.
