Bainbridge Prepares Is Counting on You

Rock SteadyYou know our work. Our hundreds of volunteers show up in times of need, rallying to help our community survive, recover, and thrive. Whether we're dealing with a disaster or a pandemic or even just an event requiring traffic management or first aid staffing, we show up, ready and eager to support Bainbridge Island. That's why we were named national Emergency Management Voluntary Organization of 2022 by the International Association of Emergency Managers and the Bainbridge Community Foundation gave us the 2021 Humanitarian Award. If you want to get involved, there are a number of actions you can take:

We don't do our work alone. We are a membership of more than 600 people. And we rely on community support to keep the big wheels rolling, first aid kits packed, information disseminated, languages interpreted, vaccines administered, and neighborhoods mapped. Join us in the way you can and let's keep Bainbridge Island rock steady.
