BISD Asks for Public Input to Update Its Communications

BISDThe last time the Bainbridge Island School District conducted a formal analysis of its communications about its students, its schools, district events, and potential emergencies, the iPhone had still not been released, MySpace was the most popular social networking site, and Twitter was an infant. Sixteen years later, BISD is reaching out again to islanders to find out how best to communicate with staff, families, and community members.To launch the effort, BISD is asking for public input via a survey. You can help by selecting the survey that corresponds to your situation—whether you're staff, family of a student, or a community member and whether you prefer to answer in English or Spanish.Because the survey is administered by a third party, some questions and response options may be irrelevant to BISD—respondents can simply select NA in those cases.
