How to Assemble a First Aid Kit (and What to Put in it)

Don’t know what to put in a first aid kit? Well, it depends on what you want to use the first aid kit for. 

In this hands-on show and tell workshop, we’ll be reviewing different options for what to include in your first aid kit. Whether the kit is for your CERT go bag, your car, your home, or a hike in the woods, you’ll learn about several different configurations available.

If you have a kit, bring it to class. If you don’t, bring a ziplock bag and we will give you some starter supplies. By the end of class, you will walk away more prepared for a first aid situation.
