Giving Tuesday - There’s Still Time to Support Bainbridge Prepares

This year, our volunteers may have given you First Aid or traffic assistance at one of the almost-weekly island events we supported, including the Rotary Auction and Rummage Sale, Mochi Tsuki, the 4th of July Fun Run, and many, many others.

Or you may have attended one of our classes for Stop The Bleed, Psychological First Aid, Water/Hygiene/Sanitation, or Wilderness First Aid.

Or you may have participated in a Map Your Neighborhood preparedness party that we helped organize.

Or you may have visited our severe weather shelter last winter for food, water, or warmth.

This Giving Tuesday, your generosity can ensure that Bainbridge Prepares continues these activities in the coming year. Since we have received no federal and state funding this year, we depend on your donations to support our work.

Hear from Rajlaxmi Bais, our Medical Reserve Corps Co-lead, on why she supports Bainbridge Prepares.

Or hear from our Map Your Neighborhood Co-lead Ann Cook about her support, or from our former Board member Stephanie Farquhar about why she gives.

Join us in creating a safer future. Donate today.

* As an incentive to donate, anyone who makes a contribution this year will be entered into a drawing to receive a Jackery 500 power station as well as a home assessment (power, water, and hazard evaluation) from me, your Executive Director! The drawing will be held in early January.
