Due to shortages of commercial supplies of qualitative fit testing solution, Bainbridge Prepares volunteers have recreated the Bitrex (TM) bitter fit test solution (both sensitivity and fit test solution).
The solutions contain: Bitrex, 5% NaCl (salt), and distilled water. Bitrex amounts differ in amounts per solution (there is a significantly lower amount in the sensitivity solution vs. the fit test solution).
The solutions were prepared in a lab using best practices for cleanliness.
